All warranty periods indicated are from respective vendor of the items unless otherwise specified, and are limited by the Vendor’s warranty policies. All items available on Marinecart are guaranteed being original or reconditioned (as stated against each item) stock from the brand, the distributor or the manufactory warehouse. They carry a limited original warranty from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing fault. Generally, the warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does Marinecart warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.
The warranty is valid only on the presence of serial number of the product and proof of purchase. Marinecart reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims if this information are not made available along with the warranty claim. Obligations are limited to either repair of the defect or replacement of the defective part or at its discretion replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Vendor’s Authorized Service Center and warranty will be void if a repair has been attempted by any unauthorized service center. Marinecart shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

To receive warranty service on your product, please send us the completed warranty claim form (downloaded from Marinecart) along with proof of purchase and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The warranty is valid only on the presence of serial number of the product. Our support team will be registering your complaint and provide an RMA number which will be referred further on until case is closed. After receiving the RMA number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to Marinecart with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. Also include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with us.
Warranty returns without RMA no. cannot be processed. Return address information will be provided along with RMA no. or can be found on the reverse side of the packing slip. We recommend you take appropriate measures to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as we cannot warrant a physically damaged product and we does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information for tracking. In case, if the product sent to us is not defective, you will be charged for shipping charges. Refunds, if any, will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.
If the product is determined to be defective and if covered by our warranty policy, you will be informed on the same with expected shipment date or you may opt to collect from the vendor’s store in case of urgency. For any defective products, you will have to wait an estimated 2-6 weeks until we get a replacement or repaired item back from the manufacturer or supplier.
